This is a low-hour, part-time position and is not intended to provide full-time hours. This position is best suited for someone who: Already has another job and is looking to earn additional income. Is looking for a small number of dependable part-time hours. Wants cleaning work that can be added around an existing job or schedule. Can consistently commit to the cleaning assignments and hours they accept from Dominate Cleaning. This is also a mobile cleaning position, meaning you will not necessarily be assigned to one permanent location. Employees may be scheduled at different client locations throughout the week based on business needs, cleaning schedules, location, and availability. Hours may be limited and can vary depending on available client assignments. Applicants should not apply expecting a full-time schedule or a large number of weekly hours. While the hours are part-time, reliability is extremely important. Once an employee accepts an assigned location and schedule, Dominate Cleaning expects them to consistently report to that location on time and complete the scheduled cleaning. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, takes pride in their work, and can consistently meet our cleaning standards at each assigned facility. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of office spaces, including desks, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, and common areas. Travel to and clean different assigned client locations throughout the week. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors using appropriate floor-care techniques. Disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas. Empty trash and recycling receptacles and properly dispose of waste. Restock client-provided supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. Perform routine janitorial duties, including dusting, glass cleaning, and wiping down surfaces and fixtures. Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or potential safety hazards promptly. Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning guidelines. Complete assigned cleaning tasks within the scheduled time allotted for each location. Support special cleaning projects and deep cleans when assigned. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in office, commercial, or janitorial cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning, floor-care, and disinfecting procedures is a plus. Familiarity with vacuums, mops, and other standard janitorial equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift cleaning supplies or equipment throughout a shift. Strong time-management skills and the ability to complete work within scheduled hours. Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, cleaning checklists, and company procedures. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working at different locations throughout the week. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Flexibility to work varying part-time schedules based on assigned client locations. Ability to consistently honor accepted work assignments while balancing another job or other responsibilities. Important Scheduling Information This position is specifically designed as a low-hour, supplemental part-time opportunity . Dominate Cleaning services multiple client facilities, so cleaners may be assigned to different locations throughout the week. The number of hours, days worked, and assigned locations may vary depending on available accounts, employee availability, and company scheduling needs. There is no guarantee of full-time hours or a set number of weekly hours. This position may be a good fit for someone who already works elsewhere and wants additional income, or someone who simply prefers a lighter part-time schedule. Having another job is completely acceptable. However, applicants must be able to make a firm commitment to the Dominate Cleaning schedule they accept. Existing employment or other responsibilities should not regularly interfere with agreed-upon cleaning assignments. Candidates should be comfortable with a flexible, location-based schedule and understand that this position is structured around servicing multiple client facilities rather than providing one permanent location or a traditional full-time schedule.
