Execute daily sanitation of clubhouses, lobbies, fitness centers, and restrooms, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, patching drywall, and adjusting gate locks. Conduct regular inspections of pool areas, common areas, and fitness centers; assist with maintaining pool cleanliness as needed. Maintain exterior pathways by removing litter, pressure washing sidewalks, and performing light landscaping or snow removal as required. Set up and break down furniture for community meetings, social events, and private functions held in common areas. Monitor supplies and submit replenishment requests; identify and report major structural concerns or safety hazards to management immediately. Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents while ensuring that work is performed with minimal disruption to the community. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50-60 pounds unassisted. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and safely climb ladders to perform repairs. Qualifications & Skills

Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Experience:

1-3 years of maintenance or custodial experience. Property maintenance experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in the use and basic maintenance of hand tools, power tools, cleaning equipment, and pressure washers. Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and safe handling of chemical agents. Basic understanding of high-touch-point sanitation practices.

Pay Details:

$16.00 per hour. Work Week Day shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday; 08:00 am

• 05:00 pm.
