In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various settings, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. Your proactive approach to sanitation and organization will ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, hotels, and outdoor areas using appropriate cleaning tools and products Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and custodial maintenance to ensure a tidy environment Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment during deep cleaning or moving tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during residential or commercial visits Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows while maintaining quality standards Perform outdoor work including cleaning exterior walkways, patios, or garden areas as needed Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, janitorial services or housekeeping management preferred Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently with heavy lifting involved Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and hygiene standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and guests Experience with laundry operations and outdoor cleaning tasks is a plus Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is advantageous Physical stamina for outdoor work and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods Join our team to help create clean, safe spaces that leave lasting positive impressions!
