Overview Join our dynamic night crew team as a Night Crew Cleaner and be the driving force behind maintaining a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment during overnight hours. As a Night Crew Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring all facilities are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained to support our operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers. Handle cleaning chemicals safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment for staff and visitors. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling tasks in accordance with safe lifting practices to move furniture, supplies, or equipment as needed. Maintain facilities by executing custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and detailed surface cleaning. Operate cleaning machinery efficiently while adhering to safety protocol guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and replenished to support ongoing cleaning operations. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers enhances efficiency on the job. Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures ensures safe use of cleaning products at all times. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks like basic repairs or residential painting is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, chemical handling, and equipment operation is essential. Customer service skills are valuable for interacting professionally with team members and supporting a positive work environment.
