JG Elite Property Services is seeking a reliable and experienced cleaning subcontractor or small cleaning crew to service a commercial property in the Rowlett, TX area. This is a great opportunity for a team looking for consistent, long-term work with a growing company.

Scope of Work Includes:

Clubhouse and amenity cleaning Community Field house and fitness center cleaning Restroom sanitation Trash removal and liner replacement Floor care (vacuum, mop, sweep) Surface and glass cleaning Light detailing of common areas

Schedule:

Approximately 2-3 days per week Evening or flexible hours (non-peak times preferred)

Compensation:

Paid per clean (consistent weekly income) Rates discussed based on experience and crew size Paid bi-weekly

Requirements:

Prior commercial cleaning experience (apartments, offices, gyms preferred) Must be reliable and consistent Must have transportation Must be able to follow a set schedule Ability to communicate clearly Own equipment and supplies (Eco Friendly) Preferred (but not required): Small team/crew (2+ people) Ability to handle multiple properties in the future

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
