A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Join Our Team! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Dealership Porter to help keep our dealership running smoothly. If you enjoy working around motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles while being part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Move and organize motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other inventory throughout the dealership. Safely operate a forklift (if needed) to unload, move, and stage incoming inventory. Maintain the appearance of the showroom, lot, and service areas. Wash and detail new and pre-owned units. Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing vehicle shipments. Help prepare units for customer delivery. Support the sales and service departments with daily tasks. Perform general housekeeping and light maintenance duties. Safely operate dealership vehicles and equipment. Perform pick up and drop off for sales and service units. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Forklift experience is required. A current forklift certification is preferred, or the ability to provide proof of prior forklift experience. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Powersports experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Operating a truck and trailer is a requirement.
