Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

As a vital part of our facilities maintenance team, you will ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day, creating a positive experience for staff and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to a safe, healthy, and professional environment every day. Duties Remove trash from offices Clean kitchen areas Remove dust from offices Wipe down the offices Clean ladies' restrooms Personnel will use caution to ensure the safety of building visitors and occupants, while performing their duties. Qualifications Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools. Ability to handle chemical agents safely while following all chemical handling safety procedures. Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts. Strong attention to safety protocol adherence to maintain a secure work environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards staff and visitors. Prior experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
