Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and precision as needed Maintain sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with residents, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction Manage janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste disposal and restocking supplies to keep homes organized and functional Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, supporting scheduling and inventory control for seamless operations Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable Experience in hotel housekeeping or housekeeper management adds valuable skills in cleanliness standards and guest service Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment and techniques enhances your ability to deliver thorough results Strong customer service skills are essential for building trust and ensuring resident satisfaction Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols helps maintain a healthy living environment Prior laundry or housekeeping management experience demonstrates reliability and organizational skills Join us as a Residential Cleaner where your enthusiasm for cleanliness meets the opportunity to brighten homes every day!
