Maintain the cleanliness of industrial or commercial facilities by executing specialized custodial procedures as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment during all cleaning activities. Complete detailed logs of completed tasks and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; prior experience with commercial or industrial cleaning is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks and basic repair procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
