(Part-Time, 1 cleaning weekly, ongoing weekly service, long term contract) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, respects client spaces, and works efficiently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas using approved cleansers. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility. Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners. Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.) Clean glass doors, window seals, and partitions Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks Strong attention to detail and time management Must be dependable and punctual Able to work independently and follow instructions Background check may be required What We Offer Stable schedule and consistent hours Supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement Training provided for the right candidate
