Responsibilities Perform residential and Airbnb turnover cleanings according to company standards. Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas. Make beds and stage Airbnb properties to company standards. Restock supplies and report inventory needs. Take before-and-after photos using the company app. Report maintenance issues or damages immediately. Follow company SOPs and cleaning checklists. Maintain professionalism while working in occupied and vacant properties. Travel between job locations as scheduled. Qualifications Previous professional cleaning experience preferred. Reliable transportation is required. Valid driver's license preferred. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and dependable work ethic. Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication. Ability to work independently and with a team.
