Bill Doran Company is a thriving, third-generation wholesale florist which opened in Rockford, IL in 1945. We are creative, supportive, and customer-centric! Our Texarkana location is actively looking for an awesome individual to join their team!

Duties:

Keep floral cooler looking fresh & clean Arrange product in a safe & appealing manner Wash and fill buckets Put flowers away in the cooler, some in buckets Pack flowers in boxes for delivery while following flower care guidelines Stack flower boxes neatly & safely Clean cooler, including floor & walls Occasionally fill in as business-to-business delivery driver when needed, using company provided full-size cargo van Other duties as assigned to support branch operations

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Clean driving record Positive, energetic, and reliable! This position will require a great deal of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. in a 37-degree floral cooler.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 20.0 per week
