Compensation:

$200 paid per completed project , with additional compensation determined based on the specific service and job scope.

Responsibilities:

Complete garage reset/cleaning projects Declutter, sort, and organize customer belongings Wash, sweep, vacuum, blow out, and clean garage surfaces/floors Perform approved add-ons when needed Safely move and organize customer items Take before-and-after photos Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service Requirements

REQUIRED

You must own and provide your own professional equipment , including a pressure washer, wet/dry vacuum, blower, hoses, cleaning tools, and other equipment necessary to complete garage-cleaning jobs. Reliable transportation Previous cleaning, pressure washing, moving, junk removal, or garage-organization experience highly preferred Ability to safely lift and move heavy items MUST be professional, reliable, and customer-friendly Ability to work independently and complete jobs to established quality standards Must provide proof of required insurance/business documentation

Location:

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional hourly employee position.
