Mop Heads Cleaning Service is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Parker County and surrounding areas. We're hiring dependable Home Cleaning Team Members who take pride in their work, show up on time, and enjoy working as part of a consistent team. This role is best for someone looking for consistent, team-based work (not a one-off or gig-style schedule) . You'll work alongside one of our crews in clients' homes and businesses. We provide paid training, all supplies needed to complete jobs professionally and efficiently, and company vehicles for team leaders on daily routes. Cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person who is reliable, coachable, and consistent. Team members will meet each scheduled morning at our office before heading out to jobs: •6142 Weiland Rd, Weatherford, TX 76088 (Company vehicles are provided from this location for daily work routes.) Pay Starting pay: $12/hr + tips (Mon-Fri). Performance-based increases up to $15/hr based on experience, reliability, and results. •

Monday-Friday:

$12/hr + tips • Weekend shifts (optional): +$5/hr premium (typically $17-$19/hr total before tips, depending on your base rate) Weekend shifts are optional and offered based on business needs and employee availability.
