Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting, facilities maintenance, and various cleaning tasks. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to maintain cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and industrial settings. The PT will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and presentable. Responsibilities Perform residential painting tasks with attention to detail and quality. Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure all areas are functioning properly. Execute cleaning duties, including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and custodial tasks. Maintain cleanliness through buffing and floor care activities. Act as a porter by assisting with the movement of equipment and supplies as needed. Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe for staff and visitors. Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning supplies and equipment. Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques for various environments (industrial, commercial). Ability to perform buffing and floor care tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining cleanliness. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
