JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Part-Time Stall Cleaner to join our team at Supreme Q Racing. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our horses by cleaning stalls, maintaining barn cleanliness, and assisting with general stable upkeep. The ideal candidate enjoys working around animals, is physically capable of performing manual labor, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in animal care, farm maintenance, and equipment handling within a dynamic equestrian environment. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and dependable individual who is committed to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of both our horses and staff while contributing to the overall efficiency of our facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and disinfect horse stalls, feed areas, and surrounding paddocks regularly to promote hygiene and prevent disease. Assist with animal husbandry tasks including feeding, watering, grooming, and handling livestock with care and safety. Operate farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely for various maintenance tasks. Perform minor repairs on equipment using hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, or mechanical knowledge to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper manual handling procedures, wearing protective gear, and following farm safety protocols. Support the overall farm maintenance including irrigation system checks, equipment repair, and general outdoor upkeep. Assist in supervising other team members during cleaning or maintenance activities when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working around horses or livestock is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
