Job Description

Lead Window Cleaning Technician -
Bishop Window Cleaning Pay:
$15/hour during training, with a raise to $20/hour after you've learned the skills, become efficient, and consistently perform quality work.
Hours:
25-40 hours per week, year-round (including winter). Bishop Window Cleaning is looking for one dependable Lead Window Cleaning Technician to work directly alongside the owner. This isn't just another job—we're looking for someone who wants to take pride in their work, grow with the company, and help raise the standard of customer service in Cache Valley. What You'll Do Clean residential and commercial windows. Use ladders, water-fed poles, and professional window cleaning equipment. Communicate professionally with customers. Help maintain equipment and company vehicles. Work outdoors in all seasons. What We're Looking For Reliable and on time. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable working at heights and outdoors. Physically able to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Window cleaning or related experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're happy to train the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn. What We Offer Paid training at $15/hour. Raise to $20/hour once you're fully trained and consistently meeting expectations. Consistent 25-40 hours every week, including throughout the winter. Opportunities to grow as the company grows.
