Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to clean surfaces, floors, and appliances while adhering to safety protocols. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens for clients. Implement proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy items or moving furniture to prevent injury and ensure safety. Maintain organized cleaning schedules and manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated periods. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Follow all janitorial and sanitation procedures diligently to uphold health standards and ensure a hygienic environment. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management, with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, cleaning equipment, and janitorial supplies used in residential settings. Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work as needed for outdoor areas or yard maintenance tasks. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client homes. Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Previous experience in outdoor work or landscaping is a plus but not required. Knowledge of cooking is desirable for assisting with light household chores beyond cleaning when necessary.
