Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall comfort of our public spaces. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment for guests, visitors, and team members, and requires a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and service. Responsibilities Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting spaces, and other shared spaces. Remove trash, replace liners, and ensure waste is disposed of properly. Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces as needed. Restock supplies in public restrooms and other shared areas. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or needed repairs promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Respond to guest or team member requests in a courteous and timely manner. Support special cleaning projects and seasonal deep-cleaning tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or public area cleaning is preferred. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Basic understanding of cleaning tools, equipment, and products. Good communication skills and a professional, service-minded attitude.
