This opportunity is NOT for you if: You don't have reliable transportation You don't play well with others You are a pain in the butt We are looking for reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented cleaners to join our Mop Boss team. At Mop Boss Pro we specialize in vacation rental cleanings and residential cleanings. We have won Best of southern Utah the last 3 years in a row. Must be teachable and coachable. This position does require you to work weekends and evenings. Pay will be based on experience. Must have reliable transportation, have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and be able to work independently and efficiently. This is for a full-time position!

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all common areas including bedrooms, hallways, restrooms, windows, kitchens, and all other areas of the home. Clean and maintain all floor surfaces such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Empty all trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Report any maintenance issues. Know how to use a washer and dryer, fold items such as towels and bedding. Move and clean furniture. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, disinfect all equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

30-day onboarding review period for performance, coaching and feedback to ensure we continue to hold our 5-star standards. Previous cleaning experience is preferred. Must be able to be coachable. Must be able to work in a team environment. Effective communication. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Required to work weekends. Must be able to physically bend, lift and stand for extended periods of time.
