High Rise Window Cleaner Ko Klean Krew Salt Lake City, UT Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Contract $30 - $45 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications Safety training program participation as safety practice Safety inspections for hazard identification Window cleaning Safety hazards Rigging and hoisting operations Full Job Description Overview Ko Klean Krew is looking for an experienced high-rise/rope-access window cleaner to help with occasional commercial window-cleaning projects. We handle the ground-level and water-fed-pole work. We need someone who can safely handle windows that require rope access or rappelling. Responsibilities Perform exterior window cleaning on multi-story commercial buildings using professional rope-access techniques. Safely rig, ascend, descend, and reposition while working at height. Inspect ropes, harnesses, anchors, and other safety equipment before each job. Clean glass, frames, and surrounding window areas to professional standards. Follow all required fall-protection and rope-access safety procedures. Communicate with the ground crew while working at height. Identify unsafe conditions or access issues before beginning work. Maintain and properly store rope-access and window-cleaning equipment. Experience & Qualifications Previous professional high-rise or rope-access window-cleaning experience required . Experience with rope descent systems and working on commercial buildings. Strong understanding of fall protection, rigging, anchors, and rope-access safety. SPRAT or IRATA certification strongly preferred. OSHA/fall-protection training preferred. Ability to safely work at significant heights. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently. Own professional rope-access equipment preferred. Must be able to provide information about relevant certifications and previous high-rise experience. Pay:
