We're looking for team members who want to grow with us, develop new skills, and potentially move into leadership and management roles as the company expands. ⸻ Position Overview As a Window Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential windows, window frames, and sills. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical labor, and the ability to provide a friendly and professional experience for every customer. You'll work both independently and with teammates to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high service standards. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Communicate ETAs and expectations with customers Clean residential and commercial windows, frames, tracks and sills to a high standard Use professional window cleaning tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, water-fed poles, and tools for hard water removal Communicate professionally and positively with customers Properly care for and maintain work space (i.e. truck, warehouse ect.) as well as window cleaning equipment Work efficiently with teammates to complete scheduled jobs Ability to lift and maneuver heavy ladders, as well as enter and exit window wells ⸻ What We're Looking For Ability to commute to Saratoga Springs on work days Detail-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive throughout the day Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Friendly personality and strong communication skills with customers Reliable and dependable Previous window cleaning experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided Experience in other hands-on or blue-collar work is a plus Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting equipment throughout the day ⸻ Why Join Our Team?
