• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will work alongside a crew of two other technicians providing professional carpet, floor, and custodial services. No prior carpet cleaning experience is required, we provide comprehensive on the job training. Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. However, occasional overtime may be required to complete scheduled projects. This position may also require occasional travel. When travel is necessary, assignments are typically one week or less in duration. Responsibilities Perform professional carpet cleaning using steam cleaning, hot water extraction, spot removal, and other industry standard methods. Perform floor care services, including buffing, polishing, stripping, waxing, and sealing a variety of floor surfaces.

Complete custodial tasks such as:

Cleaning drinking fountains Cleaning and disinfecting sinks, faucets, and restroom fixtures Removing hard water deposits from toilets and urinals Dusting surfaces Surface disinfecting Pressure washing building entrances and exterior surfaces Etc. Safely operate carpet cleaning equipment, floor machines, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines. Accurately document completed work and report any maintenance concerns or equipment issues to supervisors. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service while working at client locations. Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, or environmental services experience is preferred, but not required. Experience operating carpet cleaning or floor care equipment is a plus. Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for extended periods. Why Join Our Team?
