In this role, you'll drive one of our specialized cleaning trucks along a scheduled route and use professional heated pressure-washing equipment to clean and sanitize customers' trash bins. This is a Tuesday-Saturday, full-time position with paid time off (PTO) and is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in doing quality work, and can be trusted to get the job done right without constant supervision. The ideal candidate is dependable, responsible, self-motivated, and committed to providing great service to every customer. Because you'll be driving a company vehicle, you must have a clean driving record and be able to provide documentation verifying it. All candidates must also be willing to complete a background check. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, takes care of our equipment, and represents Affordable Bin Cleaners professionally in the community. Responsibilities Drive and operate an Affordable Bin Cleaners cleaning truck safely and responsibly Follow assigned daily routes and complete scheduled customer stops efficiently Operate heated pressure-washing equipment to thoroughly clean and sanitize residential trash bins Provide consistent, high-quality cleaning at every customer location Work independently and stay productive without direct supervision Arrive to work on time and be dependable for all scheduled shifts Safely operate and properly care for company vehicles, pressure washers, and other equipment Perform basic daily inspections of the cleaning truck and equipment before and after routes Identify and report vehicle, equipment, or maintenance issues promptly Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards Keep the cleaning truck, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers when needed Document completed services and any customer or service issues accurately Represent Affordable Bin Cleaners professionally while driving and working in customers' neighborhoods Maintain a clean driving record and immediately report any driving-related incidents or violations Be willing to work outdoors and around trash bins in varying weather conditions Take ownership of your route and ensure the job is completed correctly before finishing for the day Help create a reliable, professional service that customers can count on every time Skills Dependability and reliability Strong work ethic Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent time management Attention to detail Ability to follow a daily route and schedule Safe and responsible driving Pressure washer operation Basic equipment operation and troubleshooting Ability to follow safety procedures Customer service skills Professional communication Problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver trash bins and equipment Responsible care of company vehicles and equipment Punctuality Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
