A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Responsibilities:

Clean residential homes according to company standards Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures Provide friendly, professional service to clients

Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation preferred
