What You'll Do Clean residential homes, offices, and event venues according to established quality standards Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and deep-clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other assigned areas Follow detailed cleaning procedures and job-specific checklists Organize, clean, and maintain assigned supplies and equipment Use a mobile app to review job details, navigate to job sites, track time, and complete checklists Use your personal vehicle to transport yourself, cleaning equipment, and supplies to locations throughout Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, and the surrounding New River Valley Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and management Represent the company with care and professionalism in every home and workplace you enter What We Offer Competitive pay plus tips Travel reimbursement Emergency car-repair assistance Paid training Benefits for eligible full-time employees Performance-based rewards A supportive workplace where dependable, high-quality work is recognized Who We're Looking For Previous cleaning experience is welcome but not required. Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, reach, kneel, and squat repeatedly Perform cleaning tasks throughout a full workday Lift and carry up to 25 pounds See cleaning details clearly, with or without corrective eyewear Requirements Must live within 25 miles of Blacksburg, Virginia Must be available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to travel to job locations throughout the New River Valley Ability to pass a criminal background check Clean, neat, and professional appearance Reliable access to a smartphone for work-related app use Ready to Apply?
