Summary T47 international is looking for a Custodian to join our team to serve in Rivanna Station in Charlottesville, VA. As a Custodian, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facility. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core responsibilities will include commercial cleaning, floor care, and custodial duties. Your experience in janitorial services will ensure that all areas are well-maintained and presentable. Additionally, your skills in industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance will enhance our operational efficiency. Pay :

Starting at $17.75 per hour and $5.09 H&W Primary Responsibilities Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, hallways, and other assigned spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain hard-surface and carpeted floors. Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners. Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and other surfaces. Replenish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies. Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, windowsills, doors, and high-touch surfaces. Perform spot cleaning of walls, doors, glass, and other surfaces as needed. Respond promptly to spills and other immediate cleaning needs. Properly use, store, and maintain cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervision. Follow all applicable safety, security, and site-specific procedures. Complete assigned cleaning schedules and support periodic or special cleaning requirements as needed. Qualifications Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and follow established cleaning procedures. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required. Ability to safely operate standard custodial equipment. Must be able to successfully complete any required background or security screening.
