Window Cleaner

Responsibilities Clean windows, glass surfaces, and exterior facades using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders safely and effectively Perform routine janitorial tasks including wiping down frames, sills, and surrounding surfaces Follow safety protocols diligently when working at heights or with specialized equipment Conduct inspections to ensure windows are streak-free, spotless, and meet quality standards Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for each job Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles with a focus on window cleaning preferred Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and work at various heights Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
