Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of homes and/ or commercial buildings according to company standards Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a polished appearance Handle janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface sanitizing with precision Conduct routine custodial tasks including restocking supplies and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards Assist with industrial cleaning projects or facilities maintenance as needed to support operational efficiency Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution Requirements Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and carpet extraction is a plus Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that inspire confidence and comfort!
