Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with knowledge of janitorial procedures. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and the use of various cleaning equipment. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning detergents. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is a plus. Outdoor work experience is beneficial for certain assignments requiring exterior surface cleaning. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple homes.
