In this energetic role, you will operate pressure washing equipment to thoroughly clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces. Your expertise will help maintain the safety, appearance, and integrity of our clients' properties. We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in outdoor settings, prioritize safety, and take pride in delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building facades, concrete surfaces, and industrial areas efficiently and safely Use hand tools and cleaning equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, and other debris from various surfaces Apply appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals while adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer instructions Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of equipment, hoses, and debris removal with proper technique Conduct duct cleaning and floor buffing as part of comprehensive cleaning projects to ensure thorough results Utilize ladders safely for elevated cleaning tasks while following all safety procedures and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Maintain all cleaning equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity Follow safety protocols diligently, including the use of fire extinguishers when necessary during outdoor or industrial work Qualifications Prior experience with pressure washing or industrial cleaning is highly preferred Ability to use ladders safely and effectively for elevated cleaning tasks Knowledge of hand tools and cleaning equipment operation is essential Familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use to ensure safety on all job sites Experience with manual handling, heavy lifting, and outdoor work environments is advantageous Understanding of safety protocols related to industrial cleaning activities and fire extinguisher use Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions Ability to follow detailed instructions for chemical application and equipment operation Valid experience in duct cleaning, floor buffing, or commercial cleaning is a plus Join us in delivering outstanding outdoor cleaning services that enhance property appearance and safety!
