Kredens Destine LLC is seeking dependable and experienced janitorial professionals for an anticipated government facility contract in Lorton, Virginia. The work involves cleaning laboratory, office, restroom, and support areas within an active government facility. Laboratory cleaning experience is required. Applicants should have prior professional experience cleaning laboratories, healthcare/clinical environments, research facilities, controlled environments, or similar facilities where attention to cleaning procedures and contamination prevention is important.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and maintaining laboratory and office areas Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and common areas Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces Maintaining assigned trailers and support spaces Following site-specific cleaning procedures and safety requirements Properly using cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment Reporting facility or sanitation issues to the site lead Completing assigned work within the scheduled evening service period

Requirements:

Previous laboratory cleaning experience required Professional/commercial janitorial experience Dependable transportation to Lorton, VA Ability to work Monday-Friday evenings Ability to work independently and as part of a small cleaning team Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow government facility security and access procedures Ability to successfully complete any required facility screening/background requirements .

Compensation:

$15.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience. Candidates with strong laboratory or government-facility cleaning experience may qualify for the higher end of the range.
