A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Immediately Job Description The successful candidate will be available to serve as a custodian, performing routine cleaning and custodial services, as needed. Custodians must be able to lift objects weighing up to approximately 25 pounds frequently, and up to approximately 75 pounds occasionally.
