Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment in our facility. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained, contributing to a safe and healthy space for staff and visitors alike. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Technical Assure all areas of the hospital are clean, without odor, and are kept in good condition. Clean, dust, and wipe furniture. Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors and rugs. Empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers. Empty and clean ash trays and cigarette urns (if applicable). Replace light bulbs and change out central AC filters. Refill restroom dispensers. Wash walls; use ladders when required in work assignments. Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures. Patrol hospital grounds daily, picking up any trash and stool material. Monitoring the outside waste station ensures cleanliness, stocked with poop bags, and changing out full receptacle(s). Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Maintain cleaning and maintenance logs to the satisfaction of the practice manager. Attend safety meetings and other related meetings. Adhere to OSHA standards in the storage, use and handling of all cleaning supplies.
