Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Experienced Ductwork Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in ductwork cleaning, be self-motivated, and take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of HVAC ductwork systems in residential and commercial properties. Use industry-standard equipment and techniques to ensure optimal air quality. Conduct inspections of duct systems to identify any blockages, mold, or debris. Educate clients on the benefits of proper duct maintenance and suggest follow-up services when necessary. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols. Maintain and organize equipment for daily operations. Document cleanings and send reports to customers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in ductwork or HVAC system cleaning is required . Must be able to lift and carefully carry/roll devices and machines ranging from 70-130lbs Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and relevant industry tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to work in confined spaces and perform manual labor. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have clean background check with no felonies.
