Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning equipment, furniture, and supplies to ensure efficient workspace setup and maintenance. Conduct detailed cleaning tasks such as floor scrubbing, floor buffing, waxing, and refinishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Apply environmental services best practices by using eco-friendly cleaning agents and ensuring proper disposal of chemicals. Maintain all janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment in optimal condition for consistent performance. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services with knowledge of janitorial processes. Strong understanding of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor buffing, waxing, and refinishing. Ability to handle various cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety guidelines. Familiarity with the use of floor cleaning chemicals and chemical agent handling procedures. Excellent manual handling skills for heavy lifting tasks associated with cleaning operations. Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and team members.
