A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

!!!! Stanley Steemer is looking for motivated individuals! We are looking for those who are career minded and eager to learn and advance in our growing company. Stanley Steemer provides the customers, company vehicle, tools and paid training to become successful within our growing business. We need cleaning technicians who are ready to watch their careers rapidly develop. Apply now! We offer carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, hard surface cleaning, air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. We do all the training. No experience is necessary but is definitely a plus.

Carpet Cleaning Responisbilities:

Provide quality carpet and upholstery cleaning and related services to customers. Responsible for cleanliness and care of Stanley Steemer vehicle. Productively and safely move furniture to prepare home for cleaning. Account for and return all tools and supplies to the truck before departure from customer's home. Uphold company policies, procedures and image. Provide customers with a receipt and secure payment for service.

Air Duct Cleaning Responsibilities:

Our Air Duct Technicians clean and maintain HVAC systems. Responsibilities include inspecting ductwork, removing dust, debris, and contaminants, and ensuring proper system functionality. You will use specialized equipment, identify, and address any issues like leaks. Completing jobs safely through effective communication and following NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) Standards are essential for this role.

Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License Clean driving record Pass a background check Pass a drug test

Benefits Included:

Paid vacation after 1 year of service Insurance after 60 days Stanley Steemer hires the highest quality individuals to serve our customers. Therefore, candidates will be required to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and criminal background check. Pay starts at $16 an hour.
