The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or maintenance needs observed during cleaning tasks. Provide custodial services that include waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies as necessary. Support porter duties by ensuring common areas are tidy and welcoming for guests and employees. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential. Ability to maintain a clean environment while following health and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
