Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Cleaner specializing in Move-Out and Move-In cleaning services! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring homes are spotless and welcoming for new occupants. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will create a positive experience for our clients during their transition. What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Execute move-out and move-in cleaning tasks including deep cleanings, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring all areas are spotless. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout each property. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during the cleaning process. Utilize effective floor care techniques for various surfaces including hardwood, tile, and carpet. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks within designated time frames. Demonstrate housekeeping management skills by organizing supplies and maintaining equipment. Basic qualifications
