•Starting Pay is $13.00 /per hour After 2 months

•$14.00/ per hour Responsibilities Travel regularly between different client sites to perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance tasks Execute detailed cleaning routines including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors using various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers Handle chemical agents safely while performing sanitation procedures in accordance with safety protocols and handling safety procedures Conduct custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to ensure facilities meet health standards Use manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks involving furniture, equipment, or supplies while adhering to safe lifting practices Maintain cleaning equipment by performing routine checks, cleaning tools after use, and reporting any malfunctions or repairs needed Support facilities maintenance by identifying areas requiring repair or upkeep and reporting issues promptly to the appropriate teams Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of commercial or industrial cleaning standards Familiarity with cleaning equipment including floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and other custodial tools Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation best practices Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following safety protocol adherence Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and site staff during visits Prior experience with facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is advantageous Valid manual handling certification or demonstrated ability to perform manual tasks safely This role offers a vibrant work environment where your skills directly contribute to creating clean, safe spaces across diverse settings.
