Below are some more of the details and fine print. Duties Clean client facilities as scheduled to best of ability, as trained in the BCS Way, to completion. This includes cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, desks, vacuuming, wet mopping, dusting, etc. Use checklist to ensure everything is cleaned, sign it, then submit it each cleaning. Walk through the facility to be sure everything is completed, checking yours and fellow team members' work and that supplies are properly stored. Use company app to track time worked and ensure timesheets are correct. Maintain clean and organized supply storage and cleaning bags. Clean and maintain equipment as trained. Refill cleaners from concentrate when low if concentrate is kept at the facility. Send confirmation of clean, locked, secured facility after each cleaning is complete, with applicable videos. Alert management about supply needs before running out. Requirements Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including backpack vacuuming, lifting, bending, kneeling, walking and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation is required for timely arrival at work sites Be coachable Availability to work on weekends A smart phone and ability to use simple apps to clock in and out, send forms, and view shifts and notes This is a part time cleaning position. Most hours are during the evenings and weekends. Potential job sites are across Fauquier, Culpeper, Warren, and western Prince William counties.
