Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and sanitation activities, including, janitorial tasks, and laundry operations. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of custodial staff to ensure efficient performance and high-quality service delivery. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff productivity to meet operational goals. Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met or exceeded; address any deficiencies promptly. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols aligned with industry best practices. Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, operational issues, and customer service concerns. Qualifications Proven experience supervising custodial or janitorial teams within commercial or industrial settings. Strong background in cleaning, sanitation management, and industrial cleaning techniques. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial interactions and team supervision. Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning operations and facility maintenance. Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus; familiarity with laundry services is advantageous. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
