Our team services short-term rentals, private estates, offices, and commercial facilities. Our team Is hiring for Wintergreen and Charlottesville, Va. Locations. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize short-term rental properties between guests Clean and maintain private homes Clean offices and commercial facilities Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and workspaces Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces Disinfect high-touch areas Strip and make beds and properly stage guest spaces Replace towels, linens, and other supplies as needed Trash Removal Follow detailed cleaning checklists and property-specific instructions Identify and report damage, maintenance concerns, missing items, or safety hazards Complete quality-control checks before leaving each property Take photos or provide job documentation when required Safely use cleaning products, equipment, and tools Maintain a professional and respectful presence in clients' homes and businesses Our ideal team member is: Detail-oriented Trustworthy and professional Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and climbing stairs Requirements Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Must be able to travel to different job locations throughout our service area Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
