Facilities Cleaner Status:

Full-Time Hourly Wage:

$19 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (hours may vary) This position is responsible for the thorough cleaning, and stocking of various supplies in the facilities. In addition, this position is responsible for coordinating, and troubleshooting issues that arise for facilities cleaning staff while on duty and auditing work of staff members.

Job Duties:

1. Carry out and complete daily cleaning tasks. Tracks progress and hand in daily cleaning schedule at the end of each shift. 2. Carry out seasonal cleaning projects (windows, polishing, outside entry ways, etc.) as directed. 3. Respond to questions and issues that arise during shift from co-workers. 4. Follow shift/location cleaning schedule and work instructions 5. Follow shift schedule, reports findings to manager 6. Stock supply closet and cleaning carts at end of shift to par levels to ensure smooth transition to next shift. 7. Clean and stock Air BnB and other off-site locations as directed. 8. Perform other duties as required.

Ability to display flexibility to meet the operational demands of the department activities required. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays required. Ability to interact with co-workers and members of the public in a courteous and professional manner required. Ability to maintain department quality metrics for assigned duties required. Ability to operate a wide range of cleaning materials and tools required. Ability to utilize required PPE at all times while working required. Ability to learn and maintain company productivity levels required. Ability to accurately follow written work instructions required. Ability to effectively operate Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word and Excel required. Ability to crouch, kneel and reach on a frequent basis. Ability to stand/walk on concrete floors for extended period of time. Ability to push/pull carts with up to 50 lbs. frequently. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
