Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Evening Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained during evening hours. In this vital role, you will perform a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks, supporting the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our property. Your proactive approach will help create a comfortable environment for guests and staff alike. Duties Conduct thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents. Perform janitorial tasks such as trash removal, floor buffing, carpet cleaning, and sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Handle heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture, and cleaning equipment following safe lifting practices and safety protocols. Maintain facilities by performing minor repairs, painting, and general upkeep to ensure operational excellence. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored safely and used responsibly in compliance with safety guidelines. Support the overall maintenance team with porter duties, including moving supplies or furniture as needed to support facility operations. Assuring pool area is set ready for guest at all times. If pool care is needed that your honer to take on. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper safety protocols. Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction and team collaboration. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and painting projects. Competence in operating various cleaning equipment like floor buffers, vacuums, and industrial scrubbers. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
