Bellevue, WA Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. Duties

• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Conduct floor care including buffing and maintaining various floor types
• Execute industrial cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
• Assist in facilities maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Conduct residential painting as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and restrooms
• Support commercial cleaning activities throughout the facility Experience
• Proven experience in custodial or porter roles is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
