Bellevue, WA Job Details Full-time $21.30 - $24.65 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications English Company vehicle operation Driver's License Full Job Description Pacific Building Services (PBS) is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington and serves commercial clients in a wide array of industries throughout the Pacific Northwest. PBS is locally owned and managed, which keeps all decision making at the local level. This helps us to be more responsive to our clients than our national competitors with home offices in other areas of the country. It also keeps the building maintenance dollars in the Northwest, which in turn supports the tenants of the buildings we serve. We are currently recruiting for Float Janitorial positions that will be based out of our HQ in Bellevue, and travel to different worksites in King County with our floor crew. This position will be FT, Sunday-Thursday 5:30pm- 2:00am (Some buildings specifications require other duties not listed, but here is a summary of job duties this position will be required to perform)

Surface Cleaning:

Wiping all frequently used surfaces with disinfectant

Dusting:

Detailed dusting of desks, ledges, cabinets, telephones, computers, bookshelves, chairs and other office furniture. Wiping/cleaning elevator tracks, dust stainless steel & clean with chemical.

Mopping:

Dust mopping or damp mopping floors/stairs. Pushing or carrying mops and buckets. Use proper barricade and notification systems.

Trash Removal:

May be required to carry heavy bags of trash and waste paper to dumpster. Wiping down trash cans or walls where garbage might have soiled area. Change soiled trash liners. Cleaning or policing of grounds, entrances and parking lots.

Vacuuming:

Prolonged use of vacuum cleaners for carpeted areas. May include pattern vacuuming.

Restrooms:

Required to sanitize urinals, toilets and sinks. Fill dispensers with toilet tissue, sanitary napkins, paper towels and soap. Use of cleaners and other cleaning agents to disinfect all fixtures and clean glass. All bright work must be wiped dry. Clean partitions and dust vents and door jams. Other duties as assigned This position requires: Ability to communicate in English Ability to drive on company time (Valid WA driver's license & insurance) Ability to perform the Janitorial duties Ability to pass a background check
