We're looking for someone who takes the same pride in their work. Position Summary We are hiring an experienced Janitorial Technician to clean and maintain multiple properties. This is NOT an entry-level position . We are looking for someone who already understands professional janitorial standards and can work efficiently without constant supervision. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and want steady work with opportunities to grow, this could be a long-term fit. Performance and reliability will determine more hours, raises, and advancement . Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect thoroughly Clean high-touch surfaces and follow sanitation standards Empty trash and recycling; restock supplies Perform deep cleans and move-out cleanings Maintain exterior areas (entryways, walkways, garbage enclosures, litter pickup) Follow property-specific checklists Travel between job sites Requirements (Please apply only if you meet these) Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience

REQUIRED

Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and stay on task Punctual and dependable (on time every shift) Professional attitude and respectful communication Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working indoors/outdoors Able to lift 30-50 lbs Pay $19.50 - $20 per hour (based on experience) Raises and additional hours available based on performance and reliability.
