Fresh Start Cleaning is hiring a Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team! $21/hour during paid training Up to $27/hour + tips based on experience, performance, dependability & attendance Our experienced techs typically earn around $30 to $36/hour with tips while cleaning Average 20 to 30 hours per week Monday through Friday only Flexible daytime hours between 8am and 4pm We can work with school drop off schedules No nights or weekends Paid every Friday Local Eastside routes along the I 405 corridor from Newcastle to Snohomish Routes are planned by area to keep drive time between homes to a minimum Paid travel time for work related travel No professional cleaning experience? That's okay! We will train you. What IS important to us is finding the right person. You need to be VERY detail oriented. This is a huge part of the job. We're looking for someone who naturally notices the little things, takes pride in their work and looks back over what they've cleaned to make sure nothing was missed. Honesty and integrity are just as important. Our clients trust us in their homes, often when they aren't there, and we take that trust seriously. You'll be a great fit if you: Show up when you say you will and are dependable Have a positive attitude and communicate well Take pride in doing a job thoroughly Can follow our cleaning systems and instructions Can manage your time and stay on task Aren't afraid to ask questions or problem solve Can work well with a teammate and independently once trained You'll need: A valid driver's license Your own reliable, licensed and insured vehicle The ability to pass a background check and drug screen The ability to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning, including standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 20 lbs PTO and supplemental insurance plans are offered after 90 days of employment for employees working at least 20 hours per week.
