A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Skills:
Walk and stand for an entire shift in inclement weather, including extreme heat or cold Automotive experience preferred Have a track record of consistent attendance Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle and park many types of vehicles sometimes in tight spaces Reliable transportation to work Must be able to bend, twist, crouch and reach. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
